Talks live in talks.yml, not in separate .qmd files, because many of them point at something that already exists elsewhere — a deck in this repo, a PDF, a recording, a conference abstract. Add an entry and re-render.
The path field can be an internal deck path, an external URL, or a PDF in resources/.
